Founded in the early 1960s by two visionary leaders, Shri Badalchand Mehta and Shri Jugraj Mehta, the BCM Group has become one of Central India’s most respected property development companies. With interests across Real Estate, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, the Group is driven by a clear vision to empower the communities it serves. In furtherance of this vision, the company opened its second office in Bangalore in 2022.

Our head office is located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, while we have a branch office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You can click here to see the detailed addresses of both our offices. In addition, we have projects in Surat and Raipur.

Our offices in Indore and Bangalore are open from Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. However, please note that we are closed on public holidays.

While real estate remains the central pillar of our business, we have extended our core philosophy of ‘Creating a Better World’ to other sectors we believed were ripe for disruption and a better way of doing business.
